Secure Genetic Data Transmission from Sequencing.com to DNA Art US
During the checkout process, easily select up to four genetic data files stored in your Sequencing.com account. That's all you'll need to do.
We'll securely transmit a small subset of your data to DNA Art US. Your entire DNA data file will not be sent and instead only the subset of data that DNA Art US needs to create your artwork will be securely transmitted to DNA Art US.
For your privacy, DNA Art US will delete your genetic data from their system once the artwork is completed.

The materials we offer are selected for the way they enhance the DNA art being displayed. DNA Art US also considers durability and longevity as each material undergoes extensive sampling and testing before it is added to its range.
Digital
Digital enables the most modern of displays on high-quality electronic media. It also provides a means to enjoy the artwork on your wall by printing locally on any material of your choosing.
The DNA Digital range displays the visual representation of DNA bands in a full resolution digital file.
When displayed on TV the backlit image radiates the vibrant colors and patterns of the DNA art. Present your digital image on a vast number of display media including TVs, digital picture frames, tablets, and more.
Or use the digital file to print your own wall art on the exotic media you choose.
Acrylic
Acrylic displays the visual representation of DNA bands on an optically clear sheet of 1/4" or 1/2" acrylic with hanging battens to the rear. Acrylic is half the weight of glass but with a transparency rate of 93% making acrylic the clearest material known.
This stunning range offers a sleek and contemporary finish that highlights incredible color reproduction and gives the impression of the image floating behind glass with no frame.
This product will look good in any environment with any lighting and is highly recommended by us.
Canvas
Canvas displays the visual representation of DNA bands using state-of-the-art print technology. This provides a wide color gamut and offers consistent photo quality imaging, perfect for creating high-end art.
DNA Art US's superior printing process provides you with a very durable piece of art without the need to add any additional varnish. It is delivered hand-stretched and wrapped over a deep gallery frame. Each canvas comes ready for easy installation. All you need are the fixings for your wall type.

Metal
Metal displays the visual representation of DNA bands printed onto a contemporary 1/8th inch brushed aluminum composite sheet. This product is made of two sheets of aluminum with a solid polyethylene core and hanging battens at that back. Lighter than aluminum yet engineered to retain superior flatness over time.
You can see the grain of the metal through the printing and it interacts with natural light creating a stunning effect that won't fail to get noticed. From certain angles, your image will sparkle.
This is perfect for well-lit rooms. It will be a focal (and vocal) point in your room for years to come.

Don't live in the US? Digital DNA artwork is sent via email so you can receive your masterpiece regardless of where you live. Please select 'Digital' for the Material during the checkout process.
Your artwork is usually delivered within eight weeks.
Each piece of DNA art is professionally packaged prior to shipment. DNA Art US utilizes shippers that have an excellent record of delivering artwork in perfect condition.

How can I be certain that the artwork displays my DNA?
DNA Art US guarantees that the process is authentic and an electronic certificate of authenticity is issued for each artwork. Extensive tracking protocols are used throughout the entire production process. This prevents the artwork from being assigned or delivered to the wrong person.
Do you store a copy of my genetic data?
No, DNA Art US does not store your genetic data. For your privacy, we delete your genetic data once your artwork is produced.
Your genetic data will continue to remain safe, secure, and accessible to only you in your Sequencing.com account.
What's the delivery period and delivery charge?
Your artwork is usually delivered within eight weeks. Delivery is FREE for customers within the contiguous 48 States. All other destinations will be quoted at the time of ordering and any additional shipping charges are usually quite modest but it does depend on the size and weight of the piece.
I'm not based in North America. Can you ship it to me?
While DNA Art US only ships physical artwork to the USA, they can send Digital artwork to anywhere in the world. Delivery of digital artwork is by email and, therefore, free of charge. Simply choose "Rest of the World" during the checkout process. You will receive a digital image made to your selected specifications. You can then print the piece locally on your preferred material.
What do I get free?
FREE Shipping is provided for all artworks in the contiguous 48 States.
Everyone who orders artwork also receives a FREE High-Resolution Digital file of your DNA art masterpiece. When ready, the file will be accessible from your Sequencing.com account. You'll be able to view, share and download the file at any time.
Does my DNA artwork arrive ready to hang on my wall?
Yes, it does. Whether you have ordered our Acrylic, Canvas or Metal range it will be delivered ready to hang on your wall. This saves you the time and inconvenience of finding a reliable framer and ensures the quality of the finished article. All you need to provide is the wall mounting hardware most suitable for your wall construction.
What happens if I don't like what I see?
Overwhelmingly, customers love what they see. This is because DNA Art US cares about what they produce and they maintain high standards in all stages of design and production. During the design process, a snippet of the picture is sent to you asking for your approval to finalize production. Added to that DNA Art US' customer service is second to none and they always work hard to make sure you are pleased with your DNA artwork masterpiece.

Order Changes & Refunds
After placing an order for artwork from DNA Art US, any modifications to the order must be emailed to support@dna-art-us.com and agreed to in writing by DNA Art US prior to DNA Art US printing the finalized image. No modifications can be made to an order once the finalized image is printed.
Refunds
Due to the unique nature of genetically-tailored artwork, all sales of DNA Art US products are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after an order is placed at Sequencing.com for a product made by DNA Art US.
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, please immediately contact support@dna-art-us.com to report the claim. Please attach to your email several photographs of a) the shipping box and b) the product. The photographs must clearly show the area(s) of concern. DNA Art US will review the claim and may require the product to be returned to DNA Art US for examination. Determination of the legitimacy of a claim will be made solely by DNA Art US. For claims determined to be legitimate, a replacement product of similar specifications will be provided by DNA Art US.
