Can I download my data? Can I download my raw data?
You can download any files that you upload or import. You can also download files that are produced by apps.
To download your DNA Data Files:
- Sign into your Sequencing.com account
- On any page select "Data" at the top
- Select either "My Files" or "My Genome"
- For "My Files" you will then be directed to a page with a list of files
- Select the three black dots
to the right of the file you want to download - Click on "Download" from the dropdown menu
- For files over 1gb please send a request to our support team from the email address associated with your Sequencing.com Account
- Select the three black dots
- For "My Genomes" you will be directed to page showing your genomes
- Click on the genome from which you want to download files
- You will be directed to a page with a list of files
- Click on "Download" from the dropdown menu
- For files over 1gb please send a request to our support team from the email address associated with your Sequencing.com Account
You have two options for making files accessible to another person: File Sharing and sending a Download Link
